    How do I get a copy of my invoice?

    It is also necessary to enclose the order number, after which you will receive an Invoice in your mail.

    How to update the firmware?

    Go to EarMen desired product page, find and download all the neccessety files and follow the steps.

    On which operating systems it is possible to do a firmware update?

    Firmware update can only be done on WIN 10.

    What kind of the music format EarMen devices support?

    EarMen Sparrow supports– mp3, Aac, FLAC, ALAC, WAV, AIFF, DSD, DXD, PCM, MQA

    EarMen TR-Amp supports- mp3, Aac, FLAC, ALAC, WAV, AIFF, DSD, DXD, PCM, MQA

    EarMen Eagle supports – mp3, Aac, FLAC, ALAC, WAV, AIFF, DSD, DXD, PCM

    Can EarMen products be used as a pre-amp?

    All EarMen products can be used as preamps, except Tradutto, which is DAC only.

    Will EarMen products make my desktop speakers sound better ?

    All EarMen products are designed to enhance your Audio experience.

    Which 2.5mm TRRS standard is supported by EarMen devices?

    EarMen balanced 2.5mm TRRS Standard

    How can I choose the color of the products?

    If there is no option to choose the color, the product is offered only in the basic variant.

    Can I charge and listen at the same time?

    EarMen TR-Amp can be used to listen and charge at the same time

    Can I use two headphones at the same time?

    EarMen TR-Amp allows listening with two pairs of headphones of minimum 32 Ohm.

    Please keep in mind that battery should get more power then connected headphone consume , otherwise the product will eventually discharge.

    What kind of a cable or adapter do I have to buy?

    Apple (Lightning-to-USB Adapter) or Android (USB OTG Adapter) MUST be used for connecting the EarMen devices with your sources.

    What is the main difference between Eagle and Sparrow?

    The biggest difference is in the balancing 2.5 mm output that Sparrow has, and the difference is in the input.

    What do various colors of Led indicate ?

    You will find the answer in the short user guide that came with the device.

    Can only Bit-perfect be used on MQA tracks?

    Yes, it has to be a bit perfect, because otherwise it would not be able to provide reliable and certified results on outputs.

    How long it takes TR-Amp to charge and how would I know when it's fully charged?

    It takes up to 5 hours of charging if you are not using the outputs.

    When the device is charged, the blue light will turns off.

    I'm having trouble getting to play MQA or even higher bitrate flac. What is the solution?

    I hear channel imbalance on TR-Amp. Is that normal?

    Yes. Tr-Amp uses analog volume control which provides better sound quality than digital volume control.

    This can happen at very low volume settings.

    I hear distortion when I’m listening to music. What should I do?

    Due to the increased radiation of some phone models, as well as using the Sparrow without a GND shield cables, there may be some interference when using the device.

    Our recommendation is to keep Sparrow away from your phone and use shielded GND USB C cables at least 50 cm / 20" long.

    Is it better to leave EarMen products constantly plugged in or should I unplug it when its not in use?

    It's totally up to you.

    When there is no sound or there is static/interference. What should I do?

    1. Check if volume setting is above 0

    2. Check that earphones are plugged in properly and no debris is obstructing the port

    3. Check if the music file is corrupted

    4. Verify that audio settings have been properly set

    Can I change my shipping address?

    Unfortunately, you can not change your shipping address after you submit your order. Orders with physical shipments are immediately sent to the fulfillment agency when they are submitted and our system can no longer retrieve or change them. If your shipment is not successfully delivered it will be returned to the fulfillment warehouse and a credit will be made to your account.

    What if carrier loses or damages my package ?

    Then you file a claim. If you purchased a device that ships in the United States, claims go through FedEx. If you purchased a device that ships outside the U.S , then the claims go to DHL.

    What is the deadline for claiming any loss or damage incurred during delivery?

    You have three days from the delivery of your order to make a claim for any loss or damage incurred during shipping.

    Who pays shipping if I need warranty repair ?

    You pay shipping to us, and we pay shipping back unless no fault is found. In that case you pay both ways.
