Cancellation Policy
The buyers have right to send an online request to: sales@earmen.com to cancel the order.
The order cannot be revoked if the order is accepted for processing, executed, and the customer has been given a tracking number.
All cancelations must be approved by the EarMen LLC.
Restocking charges will relate to cancelable orders and will be $ 20 per order.
Refund policy
We offer a 14-day return policy.
In case of return we refund 50% of the sold price of the device.
We do not accept returns on the following items:
• sale or discounted items
• special orders
• other custom orders
• showroom demonstration item

Please include your order number and the reason you are requesting a return.
Eligible Items:
• Products must be in like-new condition and repackaged in the original box with all accessories,manuals, and packaging materials.
• Incomplete or improperly packaged products will not be accepted and may include additional fees.
• Custom and special orders are defined as: being unique in nature or specifically ordered for you outside of our standard stock sold online.
• Original shipping fees are never refunded on returns or returned items and they are always deducted from the refund inclusive of us offering free shipping on the original sale.
• Buyer are responsible for shipping charges on return shipments.
• Any duties, taxes and fees you have paid for the delivery of the purchased products shall not be refunded.
Replacement policy
In case of replacement of a defective unit, the customer must first send the defective device to us, after which a replacement device will be sent to the customer. Product must be in like-new condition and repackaged in the original box with all accessories, manuals, and packaging materials.
