Cancelation policy

 

The buyers have right to send an online request to: sales@earmen.com to cancel the order.

The order cannot be revoked if the order is accepted for processing, executed, and the customer has been given a tracking number.

All cancelations must be approved by the EarMen LLC.

Restocking charges will relate to cancelable orders and will be $ 20 per order.

 

Refund policy

 

We offer a 14-day return policy.

In case of return we refund 50% of the sold price of the device.

We do not accept returns on the following items:

 sale or discounted items

 special orders

 other custom orders

 showroom demonstration item

Please include your order number and the reason you are requesting a return.

 

Eligible Items:

 Products must be in like-new condition and repackaged in the original box with all accessories,manuals, and packaging materials.

 Incomplete or improperly packaged products will not be accepted and may include additional fees.

 Custom and special orders are defined as: being unique in nature or specifically ordered for you outside of our standard stock sold online.

 Original shipping fees are never refunded on returns or returned items and they are always deducted from the refund inclusive of us offering free shipping on the original sale.

 Buyer are responsible for shipping charges on return shipments.

• Any duties, taxes and fees you have paid for the delivery of the purchased products shall not be refunded.

 

 

Replacement policy

 

In case of replacement of a defective unit, the customer must first send the defective device to us, after which a replacement device will be sent to the customer. Product must be in like-new condition and repackaged in the original box with all accessories, manuals, and packaging materials.
