Return Policy

Cancellation Policy

Buyers have the right to submit an online cancellation request by contacting sales@earmen.com.

An order cannot be cancelled once it has been accepted for processing, executed, and a tracking number has been issued.

All cancellations must be approved in writing by EarMen LLC.

Restocking charges apply to eligible cancellations and are USD 100 per order.

 

Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

In the event of an approved return, 50% of the original purchase price of the device will be refunded.

Subjective dissatisfaction, personal preference, or comparison with other products is not considered a defect and is not grounds for a refund, replacement, or chargeback.

Returns must be approved in advance in writing by EarMen LLC.

Returns sent without prior written authorization will not be accepted.

Chargebacks initiated without following the return procedure outlined below are considered an abuse of the payment system.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following items:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Special orders

  • Custom orders

  • Showroom or demonstration items

Return Procedure

To request a return, customers must contact sales@earmen.com and include:

  • Order number

  • Reason for the return request

Returns will not be accepted without prior written approval from EarMen LLC.

Eligibility Requirements

Returned products must:

  • Be in like-new condition

  • Be repackaged in the original box

  • Include all accessories, manuals, and original packaging materials

Incomplete, damaged, or improperly packaged returns will not be accepted and may result in additional fees.

Custom and special orders are defined as products that are unique in nature or specifically ordered outside of our standard online stock.

Shipping, Duties, and Fees

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, including cases where free shipping was offered

  • Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs

  • Any duties, taxes, customs fees, or brokerage charges paid for delivery are non-refundable

  • EarMen LLC is not responsible for import duties or taxes on returned goods

Replacement Policy

In the event of a verified defective unit, the customer must first return the defective device to EarMen LLC.

Once the returned unit is received and inspected, a replacement device will be shipped.

Returned products must be in like-new condition and include all original accessories, manuals, and packaging materials.
