The worst service

Hello,
About two weeks ago, I purchased the CH-Amp Signature from the EarMen website. I asked if there was a way to purchase it at a lower price, and I was offered an open-box unit that had been used for only 5–6 hours. Based on that, I decided to place the order.

After receiving the unit, I tested it with my PC, my phone, and also with my Shanling H7 amp/DAC. However, there was no sound at all. I spent several hours (around 5 hours) trying different setups, but the issue remained unresolved.

I contacted your team and explained the situation, but I was repeatedly asked to try again. After multiple messages, I was eventually instructed to send the unit to a repair service center, which I did.
Today, I was notified that the unit had arrived at the service center. When I contacted them to ask about the inspection timeline, they seemed confused and asked why the unit was sent to their location and who instructed me to send it there.

This entire experience has been extremely disappointing. I have used many audio products before, and I have never encountered such poor customer service. Recently, I had an issue with another product from a different company, and it was handled very professionally and smoothly.
In contrast, the support I received from EarMen has been very frustrating. I initially requested a return, but was told that only a 50% refund was possible and that I would also have to cover the return shipping cost myself.
Based on this experience, I do not plan to purchase EarMen products again. I would strongly advise others to carefully reconsider before making a purchase.
